Tide's Out at Robin Hood's Bay

The beach at robin Hood's Bay in Yorkshire. The tide has receded to reveal a dark band of seaweed and several large boulders. A pool of water on the rippled sandy beach reflects the bright clouds in the sky. Such a wide expanse of beach, sea and sky imposes an element of quiet contemplation and reflection.
